The Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to work as an Exam Officer at an outstanding girls secondary school in Haringey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing exam planning and coordination, providing administrative support, and handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exam Administration: Manage the planning and coordination of all school exams, including scheduling and timetabling.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with teaching staff, exam boards, and invigilators to ensure seamless exam administration.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate attendance records and update student data as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications: Proficiency in SIMS (School Information Management System) is essential.
  • Skills and Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school environment.
  • Certification: An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
