Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate records using school systems (e.g., SIMS and CPOMS)
  • Preparing agendas and taking minutes during parental meetings
  • Coordinating internal communication and ensuring timely updates for staff and parents
  • Supporting front office operations, including reception duties, answering calls, and responding to emails
