Teaching Assistant

Veritas Education Recruitment is seeking a graduate teaching assistant to support staff and students in our secondary school in Brent, North-West London. This role offers a supportive school environment with flexible hours and great staff support, making it an ideal opportunity for budding teachers or those considering education careers.
As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with children aged 11-16, helping them with their studies and supporting those with special educational needs. You will also be responsible for creating a positive and respectful learning environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree (minimum lower second), a genuine interest in working with children, and experience working with secondary school children. Enhanced DBS Disclosure and professional reference checks are also required.

Salary Information: The salary range for this position is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
