Job Overview: Secondary School Network Administrator

Oakford Technology is seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Network Administrator. In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients, manage system administration tasks, and maintain a positive working relationship with our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in MSP/IT environments, active directory, and Microsoft 365 administration. They should also have excellent communication skills, a logical approach to problem-solving, and a sincere passion for exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site technical support to clients
  • Manage issues flagged by our monitoring software
  • Perform system administration tasks on-site (e.g., installation of new hardware)
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with our customers
Requirements:
  • A valid driving license
  • An enhanced DBS check (conducted by the company)
  • Experience in MSP/IT environments or similar
  • Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration/support
