About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Evidence and Impact to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of a new data architecture that meets the needs of analysts, supports applications, and enables self-service analytics.

You will also have the opportunity to work with other lottery distributors to better use data to connect those who play The National Lottery with the positive difference it makes across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and drive business changes in a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

The salary for this position is approximately £90,000 - £120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a hybrid working approach and opportunities for professional development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data transformation, technical leadership, and management, including experience with data warehousing, data modelling, and enterprise reporting services. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage a technical team.
