**Job Overview:**

A strategic position has arisen for a Director of Environmental Impact Assessment to join a fast-growing consultancy, specialising in environment, planning, and sustainability. The role is hybrid and requires commutability to one of London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or Cardiff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Possess 10+ years of industry experience, with proven leadership in property EIA projects and urban regeneration initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record in managing EIAs, writing Environmental Statements (ESs), and delivering projects on time and budget.
  • Be skilled in business development, including bid writing and revenue generation, with an active network of contacts in the property sector.
