Corporate Affairs Director Role Overview

At the Royal College of Nursing, we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Affairs Director to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in influencing and communicating our objectives and policies to key decision-makers and stakeholders.

About the Role

This part-time position (14 hours per week) offers a competitive salary of £66,909 - £75,492 pro rata*. You will be responsible for developing and managing our campaigning, political, and policy activities, with a significant focus on health and social care policy, political affairs, and devolution within Wales and across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective policy and political analysis strategies to inform our organisational decisions.
  • Present complex information to key stakeholders, including the Welsh Government, and negotiate agreements that benefit our organisation.
