Job Description

Wayman Learning Trust is seeking an experienced Drama Teacher to join our team. As a Drama Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Drama to KS4 & KS5 students, with a focus on developing their creative skills and confidence.

You will work closely with the Head of Department to plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners. You will also contribute to the development of the department's curriculum and assessment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Drama, with experience of working with students of various ages and abilities. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
