PBS Practitioner Role

Jupiter Recruitment is a leading healthcare provider seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Specialist to join their team in Armagh, Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals and colleagues to develop and deliver Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies.
The ideal candidate will hold a BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy. A strong understanding of PBS principles and experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism is essential.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing PBS plans
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders
- Conducting assessments and evaluations
In return for your expertise and commitment, you will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including enhanced disclosure cost coverage, 25 days annual leave, and comprehensive induction and ongoing training.
