About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Prison Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Magilligan Prison and Maghaberry Prison. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering mental health services to prisoners and promoting their recovery.
About the Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
- To provide specialist mental health assessments and interventions to prisoners
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
- To provide flexible working arrangements to accommodate the needs of our service users
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with individuals with mental health issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
