Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to develop and deliver Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement PBS interventions
  • Providing person-centred support that promotes independence and improves quality of life outcomes
  • Conducting assessments and developing strategies to address challenging behaviours

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a relevant degree in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy. Preferred qualifications include instructor level in PROACT SCIPr-UK and experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or ASC.

What We Offer:

In return for your dedication and expertise, you will receive an attractive salary package of £35,000 per annum. This permanent, full-time position comes with 37.5 hours of work per week.
