The Role

We are seeking a qualified nurse to lead our team, creating an environment that promotes dignity and independence. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management, be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC certificate and PIN, and have experience working in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our team to deliver high-quality care services
  • Balance running a caring and empathetic service with achieving business results
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote dignity and independence
  • Collaborate with our extended team, including GPs, Dentists, and Dieticians, to improve residents' quality of life
