The Role

We are seeking a qualified nurse to lead our team, creating an environment that promotes dignity and independence. The successful candidate will be a pragmatic leader who can balance running a caring and empathetic service alongside achieving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our team to deliver high-quality care services
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote dignity and independence
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management
  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC certificate and PIN
  • Experience working in the healthcare sector
  • Strong leadership and management qualities
