Nursing Home Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead our luxury nursing home in Wallsend. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and ensuring the home meets all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the home's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of managing a nursing home.
  • Minimum of a Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management.
  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC certificate and PIN.
  • Strong leadership and management qualities, with a dynamic and flexible approach to the role.
