Social Work Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Service Lead to join our Children's Disability Team. As a leader within North East Lincolnshire Council, you will be responsible for driving forward our children's services and making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children and their families.

The Role

You will lead a team of experienced professionals who share your commitment to delivering outstanding care and support to children and families. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that meet the needs of our community and drive positive outcomes for children and families.

Your Salary and Benefits

You will enjoy a competitive salary of £67,646 - £71,308, dependent on experience, plus a relocation and travel from home scheme worth up to £8,000. You will also have access to our comprehensive RewardNEL package, which includes a generous leave entitlement, local government pension, and access to our exclusive RewardNEL platform.
