Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of quantitative services, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and commercial departments.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform project decisions.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quantity surveying, construction management).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quantitative services, with a focus on project management.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to analyze complex data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations.
As a Quantitative Services Director at Galliford Try, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a comprehensive pension plan, private medical scheme options, and access to professional development opportunities.
