We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Lead in Children’s Regulated Services.

We are recruiting for a highly motivated, dynamic, experienced Children's Homes Manager to work alongside our current Service Lead for Children's Residential Services to share responsibility for the management oversight of all our Regulated Children's Homes.

**The role**:
Working across multiple sites throughout Lincolnshire, you will ensure the efficient and effective management of all resources allocated to our homes and ensure quality services are provided for our children, whilst working within the policies, procedures and guidelines of the Directorate.

**Who are we looking for?**:
You will ensure professional supervision, appraisal and development to the Registered Homes Managers of our Mainstream Children’s Homes, our Home for Children with Disabilities and our CWD Short Breaks Homes as well as supporting the manager responsible for our Post 16 semi-independent provisions.

You will be forward thinking and ambitious and work closely with colleagues across the Council to further develop our Residential Estates expansion projects, recruitment campaigns, succession planning, training and development opportunities for our residential workforce as well as raising standards and striving for outstanding care and improved outcomes for the children in our care.
