We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team as a Golf Club Director at Timberlake Golf. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, enhance member engagement, and maintain our reputation as a premier golf club.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance member engagement
• Foster strong relationships with members, stakeholders, and local communities
• Collaborate with the management team to create and execute operational plans, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
• Manage budgets and costs, making informed decisions to optimize profitability
• Oversee the development and implementation of membership programs, ensuring ongoing retention and acquisition
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in golf club management or a related field
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Able to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
