Scope:
Our client, a global technology company operating in over 100 countries, seeks a high-calibre Territory Sales Manager to execute a Medical Surgical Solutions Value Proposition for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy in both Acute and Community Settings.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive pre-tender market consultation, tender contracts, and new product introductions.
- Support value-based pricing to drive profitable growth.
- Create value through a total concept including hardware, products, and services.
- Develop and execute a business plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and product use.
About You:
- Hold a Life Science, Business, Clinical, or Nurse degree, or have relevant experience.
- Have clinical/sales experience of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy solutions/products.
- Be able to manage key accounts and opportunities through professional customer relationship management processes.
- Hold a current, valid Driver's License.
- Be able to travel 50% of the time.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Have experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Strong business acumen and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
