We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Administrator to join our Service Admin Team.
As the first point of contact for our business, you will be responsible for responding to client and customer queries, keeping them informed, and scheduling works.
Key tasks will include raising client works orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our service systems and in-house records are up to date.
You will also be responsible for raising works orders correctly and performing other day-to-day administrative tasks.
RequirementsWe are looking for candidates with experience working in a similar role, such as a Call/Contact Centre environment.
You will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a good understanding of Outlook, Word, Excel, and database management.
This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a Saturday morning work rota every 1 in 4 weeks.
All candidates will undergo a DBS check and must have a valid right to work in the UK.
Candidates must live within a reasonable commute of the Harlow area, approximately 45 minutes away.
