We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team as an End Point Assessor. As an End Point Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing the performance of candidates in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and hold any required L4 qualifications. They will also understand the occupational standard and the requirements of this EPA.

In this role, you will maintain and provide evidence of ongoing, relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD). You will assess the performance of candidates in line with published assessment and grading criteria and procedures, ensuring overall standards are maintained.

You will follow the protocols set out in Pearson's specifications, assessment materials, and quality assurance protocols, relating to the EPAs. You will maintain service-level agreements with regards to responding to EPA planning, operational activities, reports, and submissions of assessment outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please apply.
