About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Experience Manager to join our team at Watches of Switzerland. As a Client Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and provide personalized service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client experience and increase client loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless client interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Work closely with the events team to plan and execute client events and experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback to inform future service improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of luxury watches and the ability to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
