About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Experience Manager to join our team at Watches of Switzerland. As a Client Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and provide personalized service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Organize and execute events, including managing third-party suppliers, to provide exceptional experiences for clients
  • Lead a team of Client Experience Specialists to ensure seamless delivery of client experiences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to enhance client experiences
  • Monitor and maintain showroom housekeeping standards to ensure a luxurious environment for clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-end hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party service providers
  • Experience with CRM systems and event management
  • Ability to work accurately and with detail
