About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Experience Manager to join our team at Watches of Switzerland. As a Client Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and provide personalized service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement events and experiences to engage clients and drive sales
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all client interactions are professional and courteous

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the luxury industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the luxury watch market
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
