Business Development Specialist

Role OverviewAs a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Sales and Negotiation: Present our services to prospective clients and negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
- Field Visits: Conduct on-site visits to client locations and understand their logistics requirements.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in logistics sales or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and knowledge of logistics industry trends and market dynamics.
Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience). OTE (On-Target Earnings): First Year: £40,000, Second Year: £50,000, 3+ Years: £60,000+
