Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Nextech Group Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and create new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
- Arrange and attend regular client meetings to foster profitable relationships
- Develop strong relationships within the sales team
- Present and negotiate at director level to close high-value deals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for telecoms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
Competitive salary between £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus up to £20,000 commission, pension scheme, company mobile, laptop, tablet, company vehicle or car allowance, and regular company social events and team days.
