Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong customer relationships and providing hire solutions with top-tier products and equipment.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Being proactive and positive, with a solution-driven approach.
  • Continuously learning and expanding product expertise.
  • Supporting key sales initiatives and strategy to exceed sales and revenue targets.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience in a similar industry.
  • A valid driver's license.

What does the Branch Colleague role involve?

  • Independently running the HSS concession within our partnering Builder's Merchant.
  • Supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling.
  • Building and maintaining strong connections with customers to ensure repeat business.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 7:30am until 17:30pm and Saturday 8:00am until 13:00pm (with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked).
