Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at James Frank Associates. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building new business relationships, generating sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact new and existing clients to discuss business opportunities
- Research suitable businesses to contact and build connections
- Generate sales leads and book meetings
- Qualify inbound leads while making initial contact
- Provide a high level of customer service to new businesses and potential clients
- Update and maintain internal systems and databases with accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience is advantageous, although not essential
- Experience in a customer service-related role where you have been required to speak on the phone with customers is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of written grammar and communication skills
- Strong willingness to succeed, build new relationships, and work towards targets in a driven and motivated environment
