Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at James Frank Associates. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building new business relationships, generating sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact new and existing clients to discuss business opportunities
  • Research suitable businesses to contact and build connections
  • Generate sales leads and book meetings
  • Qualify inbound leads while making initial contact
  • Provide a high level of customer service to new businesses and potential clients
  • Update and maintain internal systems and databases with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is advantageous, although not essential
  • Experience in a customer service-related role where you have been required to speak on the phone with customers is advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of written grammar and communication skills
  • Strong willingness to succeed, build new relationships, and work towards targets in a driven and motivated environment
