Job Title: Trainee Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Trainee Sales Executive to join our team at James Frank Associates. As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building new business relationships, generating sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting new and existing clients to discuss their business needs and provide solutions.
- Researching suitable businesses to contact and building connections to drive sales growth.
- Generating sales leads and booking meetings with potential clients.
- Qualifying inbound leads and making initial contact with new clients.
- Providing a high level of customer service to new businesses and potential clients.
- Updating and maintaining internal systems and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- Experience in a customer service-related role where you have been required to speak on the phone with customers is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of written grammar and communication skills.
- Strong willingness to succeed, build new relationships, and work towards targets in a driven and motivated environment.
