This field-based role involves managing home-collected consumer credit rounds in the Northamptonshire area. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for servicing existing accounts, obtaining loan and retail orders, and generating new leads.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Managing customer payments and providing excellent service
  • Promoting our business and products to existing and potential customers
  • Generating new leads and opportunities
  • Supporting customers who are experiencing difficulties with their payments
