Overview

Position Summary

FP&A Finance Manager

Location: Hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize reporting from the Business Support Unit to provide valuable insights and support for all financial dimensions of the organization across various regions.
  • Contribute significantly to the annual budgeting process and subsequent forecasting activities, encompassing profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Employ advanced modeling and analytical skills to create methods for evaluating business performance effectively.
  • Assist senior team members in maintaining Excel models, ensuring data integrity and quality of both inputs and outputs.
  • Provide essential input to budgeting and forecasting processes, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the business to inform assumptions.
  • Deliver insights and findings through clear presentations and documentation, such as the monthly board report.

Qualifications:

  • Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
  • Experience in a finance role focusing on reporting, analysis, or accounting.
  • Familiarity with month-end closing processes and contributions to budgeting.
  • Proven ability to construct detailed financial models and understanding of reporting cycles.
  • Strong grasp of business and finance operations.
  • Commercially driven finance professional with exceptional accounting, modeling, and analytical capabilities.
  • Adept at managing a diverse range of performance-related topics while thriving under pressure.
