IT Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to join our team at Novuna Consumer Finance. As a key member of our Internal Audit function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our risk management processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an IT audit methodology and strategy that aligns with our business objectives and risk appetite.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to identify and assess IT-related risks and controls.
- Design and execute IT audit plans to ensure the integrity of our systems and data.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders on IT-related risk management and control matters.
- Collaborate with the audit team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in IT audit, with a strong understanding of IT risk management and control principles.
- Professional qualification in audit, such as CISA, or equivalent experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with business leaders.
- Knowledge of IT and technology, including auditing IT systems, infrastructure, security, and resilience.
- Strategic and commercially aware, with a strong degree of business acumen and focus on risk.
