Marketing Manager Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to collaborate with our Chief Transformation and Chief Communication Officer in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. The successful candidate will elevate Sumosan Twiga's presence in the competitive landscape of luxury restaurants in London, attract and target new clientele, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance Sumosan Twiga's brand recognition.
- Assist in creating and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Be the primary point of contact with external agencies and vendors, fostering strong relationships to support our brand in delivering events.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Monitor industry trends in fine dining and nightlife to keep the brand innovative and appealing.
- Explore and implement new marketing technologies or platforms to enhance customer engagement and brand presence.
- Support with the development and creation of campaigns for new Twiga outlets worldwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Fluency in English is essential; Italian language is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and travel around the world.
