Job Title: PR and Marketing Communications Manager for Luxury Hospitality

Aire Ancient Baths is seeking a skilled PR and Marketing Communications Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for branding and communication efforts, ensuring the awareness and relevance of the Aire brand at local level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective branding and communication strategies to raise awareness and relevance of the Aire brand at local level.
  • BUILD B2C relationships through networking, PR events, and partnerships/sponsorships.
  • Supervise and ensure the overall brand image standards provided by headquarters in the location.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the communication agency's plan validated from headquarters.
  • Provide the Social Media Manager with relevant materials to ensure content aligns with local needs.
  • Action the B2B strategy for Aire at the regional level to increase sales in key segments: Hospitality, Corporations, Institutions, Congress centers, etc.
  • Prospect, develop, and management of new B2B opportunities (both for bookings and gifting), aligned with the Global Marketing guidelines.
  • Grow and maintain relationships with relevant hotels, the travel industry, incentive agencies, etc.
  • Implement the marketing campaigns according to guidelines provided by the Global Marketing team in coordination with the local team.
  • Supervise and lead the production, promotion, and design of all group and/or event bookings; Lead and manage all sales for groups & event initiatives, under the global marketing guidelines.

About the Role:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a PR/Marketing role, preferably in the luxury or hospitality sector.
  • Be commercially driven, conscious of adding value and oriented towards achieving business objectives.
  • Understand marketing principles, market research, and branding strategies.
  • Be result-focused, able to translate objectives into operational actions and show initiative in running activities for which you are responsible.
  • Have a strong network and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts.
