Pan Pacific London, a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star awarded luxury hotel in London, is seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join its dynamic marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a degree in marketing or public relations and will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team with various tasks that drive increased awareness and demand for the hotel across rooms, wellbeing, and food and beverage.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining all marketing assets, including photography and videography;
  • Conducting monthly research on competitors across all channels;
  • Creating engaging content and designing basic content for internal communications and external partners;
  • Assisting with induction presentations and collaborating with the PR Agency to coordinate media and influencer experiences;
  • Tracking trending news and monitoring guest feedback across channels;

In addition to your marketing expertise, you will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the hotel website with up-to-date content and creative components;
  • Supporting the Marketing Executive with SEO best practices to improve organic visibility;
  • Updating the gifted retail platform with seasonal and relevant content;
  • Assisting with email marketing campaigns and maintaining the CRM system.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus benefits, including service charge, access to Mental Health First Aiders, and a Cycle to Work Scheme. You will also enjoy a range of perks, such as dry cleaning for uniforms and work attire, complimentary meals prepared by our chefs, and two study days and volunteer days per year.
