Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and managing absence.
- Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and onboarding new employees.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the wider People team to develop and implement HR initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a People/HR function.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
