About the Role:
Workforce Personnel is seeking experienced Care Workers to join our team and support local residential care homes in the Hertfordshire area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide social, emotional, and physical support to vulnerable individuals with various needs, including learning disabilities, mental health, and elderly care.
- Assist with manual handling and personal care tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of UK experience in a care-related role.
- A caring and empathetic nature.
- Sensitivity towards the needs of vulnerable individuals.
- Reliable working ethics.
- Good writing skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including long days, early shifts, late shifts, and night shifts.
- Previous experience working in care is essential.
- Ability to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
- Willingness to complete mandatory training.
