Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in the Northwest. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a new residential project in Crewe. The project involves the construction of a block of apartments with a steel frame structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate on-site teams, including subcontractors, ensuring everyone is working efficiently and safely.
  • Steel Frame Construction: Utilize your experience with steel frame construction to effectively manage this key project.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all site operations adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Quality Control: Monitor construction quality, addressing any issues promptly to maintain the highest standards.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues before they arise and implement solutions to keep the project on track.

Benefits:
