Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Mental Health Lead to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality mental health services to the community.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing complex mental health cases, supervising others, and acting as a senior decision maker. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and risk assessment skills, as well as strong communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Manage complex mental health cases, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality support services that meet their unique needs.
  • Team Supervision: Provide effective supervision to team members, focusing on wellbeing, quality of work, and performance management.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to mental health services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams and organisations to deliver integrated services that address the needs of vulnerable individuals.
What We're Looking For
  • A Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Extensive experience managing complex mental health cases, supervising others, and acting as a senior decision maker.
  • Excellent problem-solving and risk assessment skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Commitment to demonstrating our values and behaviours, showing compassion, empathy, and respect.
  • Previous experience working in a mental health setting would be a plus.
Salary and Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Pension Scheme: Access to our pension scheme, offering a competitive employer contribution.
  • Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
