  • Design and deliver innovative lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of SEN students
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication and updates on student progress
  • Collaborate with the educational team to create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in SEN education and share knowledge with the educational team to promote professional growth
