We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team in Norwich city centre. As an Insurance Administrator, you will provide administrative and technical support to the Underwriting function, ensuring seamless communication with brokers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide reliable and effective administrative support to the Underwriting function
  • Offer superior customer service to brokers and clients
  • Assist the Underwriting team in producing and underwriting business
  • Develop system experience and expertise in Underwriting platforms and software
  • Respond to email communications with insurance brokers in the UK and European countries
  • Process premium bookings in accordance with financial month end requirements
What You Will Learn:
  • Review policy requests and identify queries
  • Produce policy wordings within a Service Level Agreement
  • Develop skills in system experience and expertise
  • Study for Insurance qualifications
Requirements:
  • Recent graduate or experienced administrator
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of insurance principles
