The Rates Sales desk within our Capital Markets group is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our fast-paced and growing team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Rates Specialist to join our team. As a Rates Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and executing Rates management opportunities while managing risks associated with Rates.
You will work closely with clients, including banks, hedge funds, market makers, and fund managers, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for assisting with the onboarding of new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products and markets, including fixed income, derivatives, and currencies. You will also be responsible for analyzing markets and products to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
We are looking for a talented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the financial markets. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute Rates management opportunities while managing risks associated with Rates.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist with the onboarding of new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
- Analyze markets and products to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, and make recommendations to improve business performance.
- Contribute to the development of new business initiatives and strategies.
