Job Title: HR Business Partner - Maternity Cover

Join Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited as an HR Business Partner - Maternity Cover and take on a challenging role that requires expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent management processes to identify skills gaps and career pathways.
  • Coach managers on setting KPIs and driving performance appraisals to ensure effective performance and career discussions.
  • Manage and create value-adding reward and recognition programs.
  • Drive the annual Great Place To Work employee survey and analyze results to improve engagement levels.
  • Embed a culture of continuous personal development through devising and delivering training opportunities.
  • Partner with managers to support recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support and guide managers and teams on HR issues and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Review and deliver the employee wellbeing strategy across the Group.
  • Oversee and deliver people updates during virtual/live Company-wide Townhall events.
Requirements:
  • Post Graduate in Human Resources or MBA with specialisation in HR or CIPD Full / Part Qualified.
  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer or retail environment, Fashion/Lifestyle, or other relevant service customer-centricity-driven organisations.
  • Experience in global multi-location organisations with strong 'Developmental HR' accomplishments would be an added advantage.
