Job Title: SaaS Sales Executive

Central Employment is proud to partner with a leading global B2B technology company, seeking a talented Sales Executive to drive new business growth.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and understanding their drivers for doing business with the organization.
  • Engagement and Communication: Engage with prospects through targeted messaging via phone, email, and social media to get their attention.
  • Discovery and Demonstration: Book and deliver discovery calls to understand the prospect's needs and deliver effective demonstrations that showcase the organization's ability to solve their challenges.
  • Pipeline Management and Forecasting: Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, forecast outcomes accurately, and pivot activity accordingly.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate price and build great proposals, comfortable talking price and relating perceived 'cost' to the organization's value proposition and closing deals with minimum 'friction'.
  • Customer Value: Win high-value, low-regret deals to ensure long-term customer value.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS.
  • Track Record: Consistent record of hitting new business targets and generating new sales revenue.
  • Tools and Technology: Ability to use a variety of tools to meet target, including but not limited to HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Zoom video, LinkedIn, and Apollo.
  • Personal Qualities: Confidence in a target-driven environment, tenacious with the motivation to exceed expectations, friendly, enthusiastic, confident, and comfortable with talking to stakeholders of all levels on the phone, email, or face-to-face.
