Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Estates Capital Projects function at the University of Oxford. As the Director of Capital Projects, you will be responsible for delivering a significant capital programme, including large-scale and high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the delivery of a circa £160m annual capital programme, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  2. Foster a positive and collaborative culture among in-house teams and external delivery partners.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to ensure value for money, assurance, and high performance across capital projects.
  4. Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
