As a key member of the Estates team, you will be responsible for guiding both in-house teams and external delivery partners, fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performance culture.

You will thrive in stakeholder management, given the vast array of internal and external stakeholders involved in delivery projects across the Oxford estate.
