At ERES, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to fill the role of Store Leader for our London boutique. This is an exciting opportunity to join a luxury fashion brand and take on a leadership position in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry and possess excellent communication and strong leadership skills. They will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the image of the Maison ERES and adopt an exemplary attitude towards the standards set by the company.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador on the Boutique floor and coach sales teams to apply the appropriate and best-selling ceremony possible.
  • Ensure window and in-boutique displays consistently reflect the essence of the collection and in accordance with the ERES image.
  • Lead and develop the Boutique team through identification of their strengths, individual development plans, and regular feedback sessions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and strong leadership skills, including empathy, caring, coaching, and motivating.
  • Strong customer Service Mindset and ability to adapt to a changing retail environment.
