About the Role

Glassmoon Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our team in St. Austell, Cornwall. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and Enablement: Assist the Service Manager to ensure individuals within our care are enabled to live their best lives, building confidence, resilience, and supporting individuals to express themselves in positive ways.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership to the care team within Glassmoon Services, ensuring a high standard of care and support is delivered at all times.
  • Care Delivery: Provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the support and direction of Glassmoon Services.
  • Service Supervision: Supervise the service/s you are allocated to within Glassmoon Services Ltd in accordance with agreed standards.
  • Skills Development: Support and enable the People We Support to maintain skills and personal interests, whilst delivering person-centred care unique to each individual, aligned with our person-led support delivery model.
  • Professional Development: Maintain skills at a current level, engage with learning and development as required from time-to-time to maintain and progress knowledge.
  • Administrative Tasks: Carry out the completion of required systems and process around safety, weekly and monthly checks and documents within the service, completion of risk assessments.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and a willingness to work towards NVQ Level 4
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Satisfactory Criminal Records Checks
Benefits
