About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also supporting the development of our care assistants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to care assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements

  • Experience in care, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in the well-being of older adults
  • NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification
