About the Role

Glassmoon Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our team in St. Austell, Cornwall. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and Enablement: Assist the Service Manager in ensuring individuals receive the best possible care and support, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and leadership to the care team, ensuring high standards of care and support are maintained.
  • Care Delivery: Provide care and support in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures.
  • Service Management: Supervise the service, ensuring it operates in accordance with agreed standards and policies.
  • Personal Development: Maintain and develop your skills and knowledge, engaging with learning and development opportunities as required.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete required systems and processes, including safety checks, risk assessments, and documentation.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and a willingness to work towards NVQ Level 4
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Satisfactory Criminal Records Checks
